User Agreement

Usage of www.4salearuba.com shall be governed under the rules and regulations presented in this User Agreement. The services available at http://www.4salearuba.com are provided by 4Sale Magazine

Aruba (4Sale, we, us or our).

This User Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to the use of our services available under the domain and sub-domains at http://www.4salearuba.com (the Site).

If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement, you may not use or access our services.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, which includes those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference, before you may become a user of the Site.

By agreeing to this User Agreement, you also agree that your use of other 4Sale web sites will be governed by the user agreement posted on those other websites.

4Sale Magazine may amend this User Agreement at any time by giving you notice (Notice) by posting the amended User Agreement on the Site. No other amendment to this User Agreement will be

effective.

This User Agreement is effective on February, 1st 2009.

Membership Eligibility.

Our services are not available to, and may not be used by temporarily or indefinitely suspended 4Salearuba.com members. If you are under 18 years old, you can use this service only in conjunction

with and under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services. If you are registering as a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind

that entity to this User Agreement.

User Names & passwords.

You must choose a User Name and password on completion of registration. An activation e-mail will be automatically sent to the user. Access and usage of the user account will NOT be available until the user activates his or her account.

The user is solely responsible for all actions taken under that User Name and password and shall absolve 4sale magazine, its owners and affiliated companies from any liability resulting from misuse and/or loss of username (including loss of property, revenues, and potential business). Users may only access www.4salearuba.com using their own User Name and password.

You must use every effort to keep your password safe and should not disclose it to any other person.

You shall not transfer or sell your User Name to any other person. You shall also not permit, either directly or indirectly, any other person to utilize your User Name or password.

4Sale Magazine is a media channel.

4Sale Magazine and www.4slaearuba.com represents a network of buyers and sellers, allowing users to offer, trade, sell, and buy products and services that are of a legal nature 24 hrs a day 7days a week.

Site Content

4Sale magazine takes all appropriate steps to review & filter listings provided by users, but does not guarantee any legality, availability or pricing of listings. Inappropriate listings (including pornography and

illegal material) will be immediately removed and the user account will be permanently deleted.

4Sale Magazine does not possess or own any of the items offered through its Site and is in no way involved in transactions between buyers and sellers.

4Sale magazine does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. Do not

assume that the offer, sale, purchase, export or import of any item is valid and legal simply because it is listed on any Site.

4Sale Magazine and its owners are not responsible for ensuring that buyers and sellers actually complete any transaction. Users accept the sole responsibility for the legality of their actions under applicable laws.

Restricted Items.

Users are not permitted to offer, sell, bid for, or buy any items that we do not permit on the Site or which are illegal, such as (child) pornography drugs or weapons. 4Sale Magazine shall take all possible

actions to protect users, but does not accept any responsibility resulting from illegal activities/listings on its Site. Please exercise proper caution if you suspect that that items listed could be illegal in nature.

Identity verification

User verification on the worldwide web is difficult; 4Sale Magazine and its owners take proper steps in confirming the information provided by its registered users. However, 4Sale Magazine and its owners do not guarantee the alleged identity of users or the validity of the information which users post to the Site.

Liability

Users will not hold 4Sale Magazine, its owners and/or affiliate companies liable for any right, claim or action against any other user arising from that user's use of www.4salearuba.com.

Users shall pursue such rights, claim or actions independently of and without recourse to 4Sale Magazine, its owners, employees and affiliate companies.

Users release 4Sale Magazine from all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, known and unknown, arising from or in any way connected with such right, claim or action.

LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

In no event shall 4Sale Magazine be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other financial loss)

Information Control

Despite taking appropriate steps to control the information posted on its website, 4Sale Magazine is not responsible for the information provided by users and made available through its website. Some users may find other user's information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive.

Users run the risk of dealing with underage users or people acting under false pretences.

Listing and Selling

Sellers must ensure that they are legally able to sell each item included in a listing on the Site, and that it is lawful to sell such items. Sellers must describe their items accurately. Your listings may only include

text descriptions, one photograph or graphic and other content relevant to the sale of that item.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to use all content in their listings.

All items must be listed in an appropriate category.

Commercial Users
